Inetsrv7 suffered some serious issues with it's Apache web server tonight and, while Apache is running with the core modules installed, it's not running at full capacity.
To fix this, we will be performing maintenance starting at 10pm, Thursday, May 18th, 2006. At this time, the maintenance window is open; we don't want to give an end time that we don't know for sure we will meet. If all goes well, the window will be short and we won't have service interrupted for very long. If it goes poorly, service outages could extend to 30 minutes at a time while we nail down what is causing the problem and get it resolved.
If you have any question or concerns regarding this maintenance, PLEASE submit a helpdesk ticket by emailing support@alphaomegahosting.com or visiting http://www.alphaomegahosting.com/support/
