Do we have, or can we add spf http://www.openspf.org/
to our domains?

According to DNSREPORT (http://www.dnsreport.com:8080/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=farmbox.com)
I don't have it and I've been receiving tons of spoofed return mails.

Sorry for the delay in responding to your post for information. As far as SPFs go, these are only proposals and not used as standards. There are very few servers that actually even look for these SPFs.
