Is there anyway to silently forward all emails sent through the server to a designated mailbox?
e.g. all emails sent at the domain xyz.com will be sent to an account like archive@xyz.com or maybe even xyz_archive@gmail.com without the sender knowing even if the forwarding failed?
This is because one of my customer want to keep track of all sent email to ensure staff are not using the company's resources to send personal emails like mp3 and such.
Thanks!

Any email forwarder that is configured in cpanel is silent. You'll need an email address to forward to and then you'll need to create the forwarders for all email address on the box to forward to the secondary email address.

That's the normal POP3 incoming forwards. What my client wants from me is a way to forward SMTP outgoing. In a way, server side BCC.
i.e. My client's staff X sends an email to Person B. The server will then quietly sends the email to my client.
Would this be possible without too much hassle to you guys? Thanks!

I do not know of a way to copy every email sent by a server to a single person. Such a task if possible would double the server load. Also unless every email was for you, this would be against privacy rights.
