Dedicated server query

What is the connection speed for the dedicated servers? 1Mbps? 10Mbps? Is there a minimum guaranteed bandwidth e.g. minimum 1Mbps burstable to 10mbps, subjected to total transfer limit of course.

Do they come preconfigured for hosting or do we have to pay for the services to install an OS of choice and such?

How much would additional services cost like backups and such?

The dedicated server page needs more information :D The KB doesn't have anything about it as far as I could tell. But it's like 1am here so I might be sleeping through it.

Thank you for taking time to post your questions. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the dedicated server page. We are in the process of a rewrite/update of that page and haven't posted a new one yet.

The dedicated servers are on a 100M Port.

It is recommended that you purchase both a control panel and a secondary hard drive for backups. The control panel does the setup for hosting and makes it easier for you to maintain.
