Main Account

Hello all,

I'm having trouble configuring outlook to snatch my email from the main email account on my domain. I have 2 other email accounts on my domain that work fine yet I cannot get email that is sent to the main account to deliver to outlook. The only difference I can see between the three accounts is that in the mail control panel the main account does not have the +homebuiltairplanes.com after the account name like the others do. All email I send to my main account gets stuffed into the unrouted mail box that I created for unrouted mail. I'm sure this is a simple fix but I am not seeing it. Thanks.

You login to your main account the same way as for the others, but without the @domain.com part of the login.

EDIT: I figured out a work around


Ok, I believe I have you fixed on this one jake. I had to create an alias for your default email account to allow it to receive mail while maintaining your unrouted mailbox. This extra step appears to be a bug in cpanel.
