I use a small & friendly local ISP [inix.com] here in Hawaii.

I know the owner fellow via telephone -- a nice guy named Onaga who often takes *tech support* calls on his cell fone while having coffee at Jack in the Box.

This AM Onaga said his ISP was getting slugged by lots of spam, & wondered if I had any suggestions. I said I didn't, but that I know some computer-smart folks who do.

So please -- Danny, Gnomercy, or anyone else with good info -- here are two questions on behalf of Onaga-san...

#1 What is a good, friendly, cheap spam killer that would work well for a small ISP???

#2 What is a good, friendly forum where a non-geek ISP guy can lurk with smart ISP guys who speak in fairly plain English?

Hey bell, see if your ISP guy wants to chat with me via AIM/ICQ/MSN/YIM

Thanks Danny. I'll call Onaga-san later on today. [Gotta baby-sit my granddaughter at her Mom's house for a while.]
