Hello!
Do you offer a money-back guarantee? At least 30 days?
I have narrowed my search to AOM and one other, and I really like the idea. I want FAST servers! :D
I have a competitor on verio.net and that's the type of speed I want.. but zverio is much too expensive.
THanks in advance..

We currently offer a 14-day moneyback guarantee. That should provide you enough time to get everything moved over and tested to see if everything works and is fast enough for your needs.
Please feel free to post any other questions you have here.

Ok, thanks for the info, that's enough time to make the final decision..
I need to keep the site online (greatpcstuff.com) until the move is complete, can I get a temp URL until I'm ready to change the DNS info?
Feel free to move this question to the appropriate forum if necessary...

All sites will have a preview url. Usually something like http://yourip/~yourname/

THanks..
I'm signing up, and see Cpanel options that aren't listed here: http://www.alphaomegahosting.com/cphost.html
Like Cpanel 6,7,8.. 8 looks to be the best value.. Is there a negative to getting 8?
I'm confused.. Are the specs for Cpanel8 the same as Cpanel5 but for $5.00 less/month? A special you are running?

Sorry for the confusion about those. They were specially created "custom" packages that are no longer available. I had failed to properly remove them from the form. However, if you exceed the bandwidth of cp5, we should be able to work something out.
