Hi, I’m a newbie so…
I’ve same question before sign up. (Reseller4)
1- Can I customise each domain name with any amount of Disk Space and Data Transfer that I like, as long as I don't go outside the main account Disk Space and Data Transfer allowances?
2- Can I’ve a dedicated IP, because there is a * in the description chart, and If I need can I purchase extras dedicated IPs for my customers?
3- What about shopping cart, do you offer any, like interchange, etc. And shared SSL?, or the possibility to install my SSL certificate?
4- Do you only offer backups via Cpanel?
5- Do I get a CPanel for each domain name?, and are they customizable (Languages/logo) ?
6- Do you offer Fantastico?. Or something like that?
7- Any Chat room?
8- If a need it can I get Anonymous FTP Server?
9- Do you offer MyPHPAdmin??
10- Can you give my an IP or URL to test ping and trace from Canada and Argentina? Or shout I try with your host?
11- Do you offer a 14 days money back warranty? Am I right?
12- And finally, What is the proceeding if a want to cancel the account?
Ok, I think this is all, and SORRY ABOUT MY ENGLISH :D , I’m an Argentinean (Spanish) living in Canada for only 2 month.

Julian, thanks for your interest in AOH. I will try to answer in the order you asked the questions.
1. Each domain will be assigned an amount of disk/transfer when the account is created.
2. Dedicated IP addresses are available for sites that qualify. There are three valid reasons, according to ARIN, for assigning them.
A. private nameservers
B. Sites using their own SSL certificate
C. Anonymous FTP - VERY BAD IDEA
3. Interchange is available via the control panel. However we recommend osCommerce. It is a fairly simple install that we are happy to assist you with.
4. Backups are availble for each domain via that domain's cpanel.
5. Cpanel is available for each domain. As far as customization, it is done on the concept of "themes". Meaning each one could have a different theme if you wanted. However, it would make the most since for you to translate the theme into the language you are looking for and then provide it to us to upload on the server so that you can make it available to your customers.
6. We currently don't offer fantastico. Please notify us if you need assistance with installing scripts.
7. There are a couple of chat type programs available with cpanel. Please review our TOS for more information on chat.
8. See comment above regarding Anonymous FTP. However, if ABSOLUTELY necessary, it can be done. However, http downloads offer a better solution for this type of thing. If you are interested in scalability, please contact me regarding some numbers and experiences with http downloads.
9. Yes! phpmyadmin is linked in cpanel
10. You can just ping our domain name, it is in the same location as our reseller servers. However, support-forums.com is not in the same location.
11. Yes 14-day money back.
12. To cancel, you can open a support ticket and provide your account name, domain name, last 4 digits of credit card number and if you can a reason you are canceling.

Hi, and thanks for the answers, but as I told you in the first post I’m a newbie in the reseller business. So a have a couple more question.
Let’s say that a have a reseller4 plan, so a I’ve 2500MB (HD) and 25GB (Transfer)
Example1: I’ve 2 customers (2 accounts) both have 500MB and 5GB
So what happen if one customer goes behind 500, can he?? Or the system will not let he go? And I guess I get the rest of HD so It will be 1500MB, and I guess I will not go over that to, am I right??

Ok, now what happen with the transfer, let’s say 1 customer goes behind the 5GB, can he?? And I guess as far as the total transfer is not more than 25GB there is not problem, am I right?, but if for example one customer used 6GB the other customer used 8GB and I use for the principal account 12GB, a went 1GB, so you will charge me 1 extra GB of transfer, am I right?
Ok, and finally (this is marketing) can you tell me why I should go with AOH? Compared with httpme.com??

The Cpanel reseller system is based on quotas. You as the reseller are allowed to set quotas on each of your customers accounts. Your customers are not allowed to exceed their quotas. If a customer reaches their quota, you will need to increase their quota to bring their site back up. Disk space works similarly. They will not be allowed to put 501M of files if their quota is 500M. You would need to up the limit before they could do so.
As far as why you should use us over httpme? That is a little more difficult to answer. I prefer not to talk about others as much as possible. I will offer you some of the things that I think you should look at when considering any webhost.
1. Support, support, support. How quickly does the host answer tickets, answer forum request. What do their existing customers think.
2. Business stability. Is the host pricing services in such a manner as to be able to continue in bussiness in the future.
3. Server specifications. What hardware are the servers running on?
4. Bandwidth providers. What bandwidth providers are in use with the provider. Is it cogent (less desireable provider) only? Are any quality bandwidth providers being used? Att, Sprint, Worldcom.
5. Price - note this is last. Especially with a reseller account, a few dollars a month is irrelevent when it comes to business.
