Subdomain question

I am trying to setup a subdomain for my wife (so she can post pictures of our first ultrasound for family:) ), but whenever I try to access it in a browser, it tells me that the 'URL limit is exceeded' or something similar. If I want to redirect to a subdirectory, do I need to add a trailing slash on the end? (I've tried it both ways, but can't get it yet). I want http://kate.mrturtle.com to go to http://mrturtle.com/kate and access the index page in that dir. Any suggestions?

Based on the error message you are providing, you will need to removed the redirection you have setup in cpanel. Just leave it with the subdomain created.
