Email going the wrong place

my main site DNS and everything's working, ping and tracert all comes back to AOH... but for some strange reasons, emails are still being sent to my other host??

Is there something else I must update to fix it?

This might be more appropriately handled with a support ticket. However, if you want to deal with it in the forum, please provide me with the domain name so I can take a look at it for you.

Ah it's okay, Danny :D
embarrassingly enough, we found the source of the problem.
It only happens with accounts that are still hosted by our other host.

Apparently, their email daemon still see that domain as under their hosting so directly dumps the mail into the mailbox over there.
