FTP Question

Is ther a way that I can give someone root access to ftp without having to give them my main ftp account?

The reason I ask is that I may be letting another fellow help me on my site but I don't want him to have access to the site CP

Yes! Well, almost. This is a new feature that was put into cpanel that was prompted by a request from another one of my customers. However, this feature has not yet made it into the mainstream release of the software. We are currently running Relase .29. I believe the feature is in .32. However, if you have an immediate need for this, I can "tweak" it to make it work. If you need this, send me an email with your account name and the ftp account to be "tweaked".

Does the new version of CPanel fix the subdomain bug?

That is also something we "pushed" and it is supposed to be in an upcoming release as well.
