Slowwww or site down

Hey All,

Question.

I noticed a thread in one of the other forums about a site being down then they said it was ok. That got me wondering.

I was working one of my sites last week and it just would not come up. No biggy figured a promblem somewhere.

Anyway, a week or so later it happened again or if I could get on it was sloowww...

This is the funny part. Everytime either the site was down or slow, removing the "www" from the url and.......bam!...site runs great.

Any idea why that happens. It was that way today on my ebook site. It was slow as heck with www and flew without it.

Just wondering.

I think in today's case it was a fluke that www made a difference. We have confirmed an upstream network issue did exist earlier, although it appears to be resolved now.
