Installing the "client" onto your website is allowed, but it is my understanding that the "client" is going to want to talk to some IRC server, somewhere. We do not allow the IRC server to be run on our servers.

I know it's supposed to be smiling, but it reminds me a little of "Chuckie" (was that the name?)...you know, the doll that came to life in the horror flick.
