This thread caught my eye:
AOH Thread on Uptime Stats (http://www.support-forums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=310)
Having been caught under allocating B/W for an account, I noticed this in WHM {view bandwidth usage}:
HTTP/POP3/FTP Outgoing Bandwidth Usage for [Dec 2002]
This is ONLY http, ftp and pop traffic (usually 97% of traffic), please use a tool like bandmin or mrtg to see traffic on other ports. If the user is doing traffic on other ports it will not appear here.
Is 97% good enough to set package B/W limits? What traffic might there be, besides http, pop3, and ftp?
Is there a single place I can look to determine total storage used or available? Perhaps broken into accounts like the "view bandwidth usage"?
Or, am I just getting "wrapped around the axle" for nothing?
Anyone, either user or admin, is welcome to post to this thread.
