Is there a way to download a subdomain's access logs? When I initially setup my hosting account I mistakenly specified a new domain "ctrl.ca" as the main account and my more commonly used domain "4tg.ca" (is now actually a subdomain of "ctrl.ca") does not have the domain stats that I want to view. I only have statistic choices of analog & webalizer for the domain "4tg.ca". I like the reports available for ctrl.ca but they are not available for 4tg.ca and they do not show 4tg.ca activity in my main (ctrl.ca) access reports.
Do you understand my question? Is there a work around available for me?

Unfortunately cpanel does not provide access to the raw log files for subdomains for download. I have changed your theme to Xskin which provides access to an additional stats package that may give you some of the detail you are looking for on this subdomain/domain. If this does not provide the information you are looking for, please notify us and we will be happy to copy the log file into our directory for viewing. The only other solution would be to make 4tg.ca a real account.

Danny,
Thank you so much for changing my panel to xskin. The awstats on subdomains satisfies my curiosity for now. You guys are GREAT!
Thanks,
Tom

Is there a way to give subdomains access to their logs without giving them access to anything else?

The only option here that I can think of would be to move the log files into their home directory and then link them back to the log directory. We do this for some users that have larger than average log files already.
