Reseller Account Questions

After doing some research on AOH I would really like to move my reseller account to you guys. My current host is very unreliable. I do have two requirements though.

I really need to have the following items on the server where I'm hosted:

php mcrypt() libraries
Zend Optimizer v2.1.0 (A Free Download (http://www.zend.com/store/products/zend-optimizer.php))


I need these in order to use the latest version of PhpManager (phpmanager.com) which I use to manage my hosting clients.
