SSH Question

When setting up an account, how do you enable it so that the end user can use SSH or is this even possible. I enabled "Shell Access" in the account, I was just curious if there was something else I needed to do.

I think you have to have AOH enable it for you, as it disabled by default for security reasons...afaik.

I have SSH enabled on my primary account... just not the reseller accounts.. not sure if that is what you meant.

47networks - I to wondered whats the magic to enabling SSH. I have enabled SSH on one account through WHM, but when I try to connect - it wont.

The problem for 47network was that it had gotten disabled. Resellers are generally not allowed to enable ssh for accounts. This needs to be done by our staff.
