Decicated IP Question

Let me make sure I've got this right . . .

With the Reseller 3, 4, and 5 accounts I can have private name servers - which require dedicated (at least their own) IPs. But, if I have a need for a dedicated IP for another reason (SSL certificate, for instance), I could only have that with the Reseller 4 & 5 accounts. Is this right?

Dedicated IP's can always be purchased, justification provided, for $1/month each.

Then I guess I'm confused. On the Reseller Plans page, what does the 'N' by Dedicated IP under Reseller 1, 2, & 3 mean and what does the 'Y' under Reseller 4 & 5 mean?

And in any case, the dedicated IP would be different than the dedicated IPs required for the private name servers, right?

Those packages do come with a dedicated IP for the main reseller's website (or other website) provided the usage requirements are met. Sorry for any confusion my earlier answer caused.
