I can't get to my site

I purchased the domain Seraphimpride.com almost 3 weeks ago along with the bronze plan and I still can't access the site. I did was was in the emails. Am I doing something wrong. This is really irritating now. It shouldn't take this long for the site to be recognized.

A quick whois of the domain shows that the name servers have never been changed from the default name servers for eNom.

justme is exactly right. The nameserver records were not updated to reflect the pointers to our dns servers. I have performed this change for you.
