AOH Knowledge base

Ok, so we know that at present, it's lacking. I've been charged with modernizing the KB and it occurs to me that techs aren't the best people to write a knowledge base, because things we may take for granted can be things that our customers want to know. So I'm putting the call out to you, our users, to help me in my quest to destroy the One Ri... erm... make our knowledge base better. I've got ideas on where to start, but I want to know what you guys think as well. You're all great customers and your opinions matter to us, so toss in your 2 copper (though gold bricks are preferred) and let me know what you'd like to see in our knowledge base. The bulk of the updating will be done over the month of February, so gimme all the information you can think of and we'll work on getting articles written.

well, most of the problems here are solved quickly so i think we don't even need a KB :D (j/k)

hurm...maybe we should have a page that list full details of our server hardware specs? in case new comers are wondering, i know its some where but there is no direct link

Isn't a knowledge base basically a FAQ? :) All you really need to do is take a note of the questions you're asked and put them into categories along with the solutions. Over time you will have amassed a large database of information :)

That's just it though Afkamm... Mr. Slavedriv... erm... I mean Danny wants this done by the end of February. While I'm doing what you've suggested, I figured I could accelerate the process by asking you guys.
