New KB section

The first actual addition to the knowledge base can be found here (https://www.alphaomegahosting.com/cgi-bin/kb.cgi?cat&query=SpamAssassin&lang=en). Please read up on it and let me know if it all makes sense, if something needs added, etc... Feedback is appreciated.

On a more serious note, the new faq is GREAT!! Don't stop now.

#1. However, you assume that I know how to get to my "home" page (I don't) where that file is located. I could probably edit the file, if I knew where my home page is. It isn't found in any of the control panel file managers.
#2. Don't get into the "zen" of an item, but it would be nice when I read a section "Editing DNS Zone", it would be nice if I knew WHY I would want to edit a dns zone. What problems does it solve?
