I'm currently over at MC, and was looking at your Reseller5 account (3 gigs space, 30 gigs transfer)

Does this account come with WMH control over all my accounts?
I saw that Cpanel is available for each account.

What about e-mail lists? What flavor are you guys running?
I'm used to MailMan, but I hear that Mojo Mail is better because it sends messages to the list in batches, which takes up much less system resources and is easier on the shared server environment.

Is there any plans to go to this? If not, can I set it up to run on my server space?
I do have several lists, but none are currently over 325 addresses, yet.

Also, I live in Texas and you operate in Texas. Would this mean I would have to pay sales taxes on my plan?

When I think up some more questions, I'll be back.

Thank you for our interest in AlphaOmegaHosting.Com.

I can not offer specific experiences with McHost as I have never been a customer. We strive to be the best hosting provider that we can be by providing the best support possible.

WHM (WebHostManager) is availlable to all of our resellers to manage their accounts.

Mailman is used and integrated into the cpanel control panel. The use of mailing lists for approximately 300 addresses should not represent a significant strain on the server, provided that most of the addresses are real and there are not a very high percentage of bounces (like one would expect with farmed addresses or spam).

We do not charge taxes for customers operating in Texas.

Please feel free to ask any additional questions you come up with.
