Control Panel

Hi

A group of us have recently started a domain/hotsting package with AO, and when trying to get to the control panel with the following address:

http://www.parent-world.com/admin/

All I get is a "Page not found error" (and that's just on the title bar....nothing displays on the page)

Is this something at my end??

Do I have to have a certain port open on the server at my end?? Most of the ports are locked down.

The /admin page redirects to a service on tcp port 19638. You will need for that to be open in order to access the control panel. If you are unable to gain the access you need in order to do this, feel free to open a support ticket for the modifications that you need to have done....creating users/aliases, etc.

Yeah...I figured out it was that port and need to unlock it but I have no clue as to how to do this in ISA server lol. I'll have to wait till my computer brain comes home.lol
