I am very sorry you are having problems. We are unaware of any issues with this you have had previously. Please reply with any helpdesk ticket numbers that you have created on this subject (other than the 12 we just received from you).

No need to appologize. I just kind of felt blind sided. The message, as I read it, implied that this was an issue that had been reported to us and that we had failed to resolve it. At this point, I am unable to reproduce the issue on your helpdesk (I registered and received the email) and I am awaiting further information so that I can further assist you.


Oh, and the auto-responder. I changed your helpdesk account to send to a different email that should hit your catch-all but not the auto-responder.
