Email strangeness

Anyone notice any strangeness with email retrieval? My sites are up and running, they're not down, but sometimes my email will "time out" and not be able to be retrieved. This has been happening a lot today, but I think I was already moved to the NAC server last week.

The problem stems from high loads caused by a mis-behaving user on your server. We are working on having them drawn and quartered at this time.
