Dedicated IP

the Cpanel4 package says it comes with a dedicated IP. I run two of these packages, and they both have the same IP address. Am I missing something?

Dedicated IP addresses are only assigned when requested and when there is a valid reason for assigning one.......using an SSL cert. With the dwindling amount of available IP addressing space on the internet it is not feasable to assign every www.whatever.com its own address, especially when a site visitor never knows the difference. The real valid reason is when using an ssl certificate as they will NOT work without it.
