It seems our forums/upload folder has gone missing? I was downloading and uploading files yesterday and am sure I didn't touch the uploads folder but who knows...I could have accidently deleted it. I was wondering if you had a recent backup of that folder. If not that's fine, it's not all that important.

Please keep in mind that AOH is not responsible for customer data. (Hint, Hint backup early and often.) However, I think we might can come up with something for you. Drop me a helpdesk ticket along with the directory(s) you are looking for.

Sure! Usually I do keep a backup but I can't seem to find it here either...always the way...lose one thing loose it all.

On a side note I subscribed to this thread and didn't get an email that there was a reply? My email address is correct, it's not in any folders there.....I have email notification turned on.....??

I also just tried to submit a helpdesk ticket but can't login. I created a new account under the username of administration@parent-world.com and validated the account but get the following error:

"Alpha Omega Hosting Support: Error

Invalid Login "

Might be a bit long for a username. I changed it to parentadmin

It should have retained your existing password.

LOL this must be my computer...

I still get the same error, and when I try to retrieve my password I get this error:

Alpha Omega Hosting Support: Error

Username does not exist

lol...

I registered again with my personal email etc and it's working
