I tried to use the helpdesk via the web this time, but I couldn't remember what my login username was...everything that made sense didn't work...bah.

So, yea. inetsrv10 hasn't been working for about 20-30 minutes now :(

You can also send email to helpdesk at support@alphaomegahosting.com unless our webpage is down.....which has only happended once in about 2-3 months.

Ah, but that is the dillema. My email wasn't working so I had to use the helpdesk online...but I couldn't remember my username/password, which was only retrievable via email...yes, quite a dillema indeed :)

Create a new account. That is why we don't create accounts on the helpdesk automagically for our users....to give you an opportunity to create an offsite account for just such an occassion. However, all that said is still not an excuse for the server to be down. It appears there was a brief network problem.
