GZip Output question...

Please forgive me, but I am setting up my vBulletin, and need to know if we are able to "enable" the gzip output for our board, or do we not have that option with our hosting?

Like I said, I am not that computer saavy, but I try :)

Gzip is one of the options in the vB control panel. We recommend that you enable it to reduce bandwidth used.

All the servers have mod_gzip installed, so everything you have on your site is already gzipped. Therefore, you don't need to turn on the gzip option in vBulletin's settings, as all you will be doing is compressing something that's already compressed, which is just a waste of resources.
