it's been around four days now, and i still can't view my site using the domain name, soright.net. is this normal, or could i be doing something wrong?

It appears you are using the registrar provided dns servers rather than the ones provided by AOH. At this point you have 2 options. Either finish configuring the registrar-provided dns servers or change them to the dns servers listed in the welcome email. If you need any assistance with this, please let us know.
