We are pleased to announce a new feature that will be provided at no charge to our existing customers. Urchin web stats are now available to all shared hosting and new dedicated hosting customers. The urchin web stats software is a step far ahead of the other web stats packages. The urchin software provides all of the standard options offered by most software packages with a much simpler and easier to navigate set of controls. In addition there is also support for unique visitor tracking.
Ensim customers should contact the helpdesk for login information.
Cpanel customers can access the urchin stats from inside of cpanel if using either x, x2 or blue lagoon themes.
At this time, we do not have a solution for viewing subdomain stats via urchin. I expect this to be resolved soon by cpanel developers.
