My billing has been automatic and smooth for almost a year. Today, for some odd reason, it didn't go through; my invoice was returned with an error. I logged on and supposedly payed it again, but it is still showing up that I owe the amount for this month. I'm still using the same credit card and it hasn't expired or been cancelled or anything.
Is this a glitch everyone is experiencing, or is it just me?
