My billing has been automatic and smooth for almost a year. Today, for some odd reason, it didn't go through; my invoice was returned with an error. I logged on and supposedly payed it again, but it is still showing up that I owe the amount for this month. I'm still using the same credit card and it hasn't expired or been cancelled or anything.

Is this a glitch everyone is experiencing, or is it just me?

We had approximately 5 invoices come back with an error condition this month with no explaination. The best thing to do at this point is log into the billing section, click the invoice and then click pay online.
