Hi, I am unable to access my WHM control panel. I had this same problem with another host I was evaluating, and had to terminate with them.
I think the problem is because of the way our corporate firewall (over which I have no control) is set up.
I have just spend $30 on this hosting, and $16 on the previous host I evaluated, and at 8:1 to the US$, this is costing me quite a bit, especially since it's non-refundable. Why would some hosts work for me and some not? it must be in the way things are set up with you folks that is frowned upon by my firewall. Please help!
I only get presented with a blank page. The address I am trying to access is: https://64.21.161.129:2087/
If this can't be solved, I'll have to cancel my hosting with you, as I don't have Internet access anywhere else!
