ImageMagick moved?

Has ImageMagick moved, because I'm trying to create thumbnails using my image gallery and I receive this error:

ImageMagick error. Wrong path or ImageMagick not installed.
Check module settings.

My current settings are: /usr/local/bin/convert This setting was working just fine before, now I'm getting the above error.
