Unique IP Address and another question

A couple of questions (CPL Panel Plans)...

* Is the "Dedicated IP" you talk about the same as "Unique IP Address"?

* If I wanted to add another, separate domain to the original domain, is that included in all CPL Panel plans? Or would I have to pay extra for that?

1. Dedicated IP and Unique IP are in fact the same thing. Dedicated IP's are useful for the following:
A. Websites using a secure SSL certificate. This is usually done in ecommerce applications
B. Anonymous FTP - really bad idea
C. Private nameservers - don't really require dedicated IP addresses any longer

2. You can add a second domain to "share" with the first domain as part of our cpanel plans. The sites would share the disk space, transfer alotment and same control panel.

I'm still kind of a newbie where web hosting is concerned, so bear with me. ;-)

The only further question I have about adding a separate domain to a cpl panel plan - would I have to pay extra $$ for it? Not that I would be upset if I had to - just want to make sure of what I'm paying for. :-)

I have another question as to Dedicated IP's, but I have to go out for a few hours and will post again later today.

There is no additional charge for addon domains. If you find a need for the domain to have a separate control panel or have separate controls on resources, it would be considered a separate account and therefore subject to additional charges if that is what you are looking for.
