NOTE: Due to some of our customers pointing out that this post and the mention of it on the front page are misleading, I felt I should post this. Customer Apprecation Month is NOT currently occuring. November 2003 was customer apprecation month and is not being re-run at this time. Should we run this promotion again, we will post a new message. -Gnomercy
AlphaOmegaHosting.Com would like to express our appreciation of our customers for making us what we are today. We are very pleased with the current state of AlphaOmegaHosting.Com and we realize we could not have made it without you. To show our appreciation, November is customer appreciation month. Here are a few of the things that are going on this month:
1. Half price upgrades. That’s right, we are offering half price off on the incremental cost of upgrades to accounts. This offer is for customers who were customers prior to 11/1/03 and do not currently have an upgrade in progress. We know there are a number of our customers who are right on the edge of needing to upgrade to a higher plan to accommodate site growth. The plans that are valid for upgrade are any of the shared hosting plans on our site and their current features. Here is an example of how it works: example customer Susan Smith has a site with us and is currently paying $20/month for her hosting. Susan has decided to upgrade to a $30/month account. However, due to the special we are running this month, she will get the upgrade for $25/month.
2. Customer referral credits. We are offering a one month service credit up to $30/month when you refer a new customer. The customer must signup during the month of November and must remain a customer for at least 3 months. The service credit will be awarded to the existing customer upon the 3rd paid month of hosting by the referral. Existing customers are eligible for up to one years hosting fees awarded as a result of referral credits.
I realize this has been suggested by many of our customers a number of times and we finally have decided to give it a chance. We were looking for ways to increase the advertising for our hosting services and would much rather give the money back to our customers rather than to unknown parties.
