I just got back from a two week vacation and return to check my email using MS Outlook Express and notice that I didn't have any emails. I found this odd because I'd used webmail twice while I was gone and noticed I did have emails. If I logg on webmail now I see I have even more emails and when I send a test email from another account I still don't get the email.
I can see them on webmail but Outlook will not download them. I've checked my username and p***word all is fine, in fact I don't receive a single error from outlook. Outlook acts as though in fact I didn't have any, when I do.
Any suggestions?

I had something similar happen to me a while back and I uncovered my problem. Somehow, I ended up with 2 mailboxes. Here is what it was. Lets say that the main admin user for my domain was bob. So there was an email account for bob. In addition, there was a user that was listed bob@domain.com. This yielded 2 mail accounts. Is this the main account for the domain? What username are you using to login to pop mail?

Just for grins, try using the username rcnitro@rcnitrotalk.com for your pop mail and just see if you get your messages.

It doesn't appear that you have the same issue. However, I do see a 204k inbox in your mail folder.

I too see that via webmail when logging in using rcnitro as the username and then may p***word, but none of those emails will download to outlook.

Open a support ticket and include your account information so that I can perform further testing on your account.
