We are working on developing a new series of knowledgebase articles that are targeted toward our newer and less experienced users/customers. Some of the topics will include:
Email account creation
Email setup with popular email clients
How to access webmail
How to access the control panel
How to upload to your site via ftp
If anyone has any suggestions for what you would like to see in the knowledgebase, please post it here.

Something else that is going to be included is a section about updating DNS server names at various registrars. This is where we'd like some help from our customers, if they're willing to give it. Any of you that use register.com, Network Solutions, GoDaddy.com or any of the other available domain name registrars, we need your help acquiring screenshots of the various screens, locations of the links to get to said screens, and so on to make updating DNS for less experienced customers a bit easier. If you can assist us, please email us at support@alphaomegahosting.com and let us know you're willing and we can work out the details of getting the information from you.
Thanks to everyone that's willing.
EDIT: Screenshots of the location of the verification number for .org domain transfers will also be very appreciated.

Don't forget us Mac users too! Most screenshots are for Windows users, which can confound those of us on the other platform. Obviously, this wouldn't be a problem with a screenshot of GoDaddy, but when it comes to setting up your email client, things *are* different.
Will be glad to help with some screenshots of Mail for OS X 10.3 (Panther) and Outlook Express 5 for OS 9.2
Let me know if these would be helpful.

Ann you are in luck! I switched (partially) to a MAC G5 about 2 months ago. I will definitely have the osx 10.3 screen shots for Mail and Entourage. I may need the ones for outlook.
OK, just let me know if/when you'll need them.
How are you liking the Mac? G5....I bet it's FAST! I have a 2.5-year old G4 and just recently got some extra ram and upgraded to Panther and it's MUCH faster than regular old OS X 10.1.

I absolutely love the G5. Since this is my first time back to a MAC in MANY years, I can't really help you guage the speed. However, I can tell you memory helps ALOT. This thing came with 256M (low end model) and I initially added 512M and that made a big difference. I just added an additional 512M bringing me to 1.25G and that helps alot too. Mac OSX loves memory. Just like our servers :)

I use GoDaddy. What format do you want your captures? gif, jpg, png? Do you have a maximum file size in mind?
Sorry to say.. but I'm just on a tired, old WinXP Pro and IE6 sp1 with Outlook 2000.
Tired old computer for a tired old user. Yeah, that makes sense.

.jpg is fine Gade. Filesize isn't a major concern, we can scale down what we need to. Just send them to the address in my profile. I'd post it here but would prefer not to get breast enlargement emails to my work address
