View Full Version : Cpanel version...??
the question in the H-Sphere thread never got answered I think... What version of CPanel is currently being used? I checked out the demo of cpanel you had, but it doesn't look like Cpanel 4.9 , which is what I too was hoping you had. So what's the deal?
thanks

Thank you for your interest in AlphaOmegaHosting.Com. We do offer Hsphere on a limited basis for some Windows accounts. However, regarding your inquiry about the version of cpanel that we are running. We currently utilize Cpanel 4.9.0_60. If you take a look at the demo that you mentioned in your post, look under server information.
Please feel free to post any additional questions you may have.
hmmm.... I did as you said and it seems to be the same version. But why doesn't it look like this?:

The demo that we provide should say 4.9.0 Stable 60 as the one you provided does. We are just using a different "theme" than that host is. I can change the demo to that theme, but I honestly think it is quite ugly and more more difficult to find what you are looking for. However, if that is what you are looking for specifically, just specify that you want that theme when you sign up and we will do it for you.
ahh ok thanks that helps. I was looking for my own button in there to change the theme but couldn't find it anywhere.
Thanks a lot!
Raji
ps: I had a feeling this would be a dumb question... sorry 'bout that... :)

Sorry for the confusion. Thanks for taking a look at us. We hope to be your new home.
i would definitely like to join alphaomegahosting in the near future. Unless I find a better deal, but I have been looking around for a while and I doubt I will find anything better that doesn't sound like a scam. :)
The reason I'm waiting to just go with a host is simply because I have nothing to show for now and I decided to not sign up with a host until I have some decent artwork to show. That might take a while at the pace I'm going, but it'll give me a chance to look at the hosts that I've been interested in for a longer period of time so I can better evaluate them.
Anyway, thanks a lot for your help. You guys have been awesome and reliable.

We do our best to be just that Raji. And I wouldn't worry about waiting to choose a host... sounds like you just want to make the best business decision possible. I think I speak for all of us here when I say, that's a respectable route to take.
why thank you very much.
:D
but "A'll be baack" (most probably) to you guys when I have some work I want to share.
