If you want to comment on the knowledgebase (http://alphaomegahosting.com/support) in general, the new "Getting Started" articles or offer some ideas for other articles you'd like to see written and would like to do so publicly so others can offer their opinion on your opinion (sounds almost like a soap opera, doesn't it? :p ), post it here. From Danny and I both, thanks in advance for your feedback as we continue to make efforts to improve our support and information options.
