View Full Version : Can't access any of my email accounts
I can't access any of my email accounts online. I can only access them through webmail through my control panel, but not through my email client, nor through any other web email retrieval system, i.e., emailanywhere.
Anyone else having that problem or is it just me? I've been plagued with email problems lately it seems.

Can you provide an error message Ann? Might be easier for us to indentify a potential problem if we know what your error message is.
Here's what "email anywhere" http://www.e-mailanywhere.com says:

Connection refused: connect

And as far as my email client, it gives a message:
"Connection Failed. There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Check the settings for account "(my account name) or try again.
"The server error encountered was: The server mail.(mydomainname).com" refused to allow a connection on port 110"

No, it is working now. Was it something you fix or was it just a glitch that cleared out by itself? I've been having lots of bad spam probolems lately, but it's probably not related.
