WHM: How do I edit a package?

Looking at the documentation for WHM at http://www.cpanel.net/docs/whm/ I can see a number of differences. One being that I don't have an option to edit a package after I've created it.

Is this just a missing link issue with WHM 4.9.0?

That is an option that is not available to resellers, only to server admins.

May I ask why?

I mean, it's not as if it's a major feature, I can get around it by just deleting and then recreating a new package, so it's only an inconvenience by not having it.

Hey does this mean that anything else that's missing is because it's for server admins? :)

How do I become a server admin? ;-P

There are many options that are restriced in WHM from resellers. Many of these options, including this one would either provide more functionality than we provide for our resellers or it would put server security at risk.
