In an effort to provide continuous service improvements in our service offerings to our customers, we are making changes again. We are in the process of implementing virus and spam filters on all of our shared servers. This additional functionality is provided at no additional cost to our customers. The filters should be complete at the close of business today.
The spam filters do provide some functionality that was missing in our previous spam configurations. They provide for both customer domain whitelists as well as incoming domain whitelists. We have the functionality to exclude domains from the filters if you don't want your email filtered. We also have the ability to exclude incoming domains from the filtering as well such as the most common one we have already added *.yahoo.com. If you have any questions or concerns about the filters, don't hesitate to contact the support department.
