I sent a pre-sale e-mail to you and I received a good answer. There are some questions I forgot to send you and some things are still unclear to me.

For the question: Is there a trial period or money-back guarantee?
Answer: There is a 14 day money back guarantee.
But your AUP says: IMPORTANT NOTICE: *All Payments To AlphaOmegaHosting.com (Danny Shurett) Are Non- Refundable*
And from the same source: Refund and Disputes:
All payments to AlphaOmegaHosting.com are nonrefundable. This includes the one time setup fee and subsequent charges regardless of usage.

What setup fee?

Can I pay for extra disk space? How much it will cost me?

Do I have a way to see the content (files) of the domains hosted by me? Ask user for his password? Universal password?

Do you allow overselling? Example: Create 2 accounts each with 800Mb disk space even if I have a limit of 1000Mb?

I see mod_gzip is running only on some of your hosted sites. Am I wrong? What is happening?

I had a look at your Cpanel demo. Can I use that address as a demo for my service? It is says it is Cpanel 4 but when I logout it says Cpanel 3 (Page title). What version do you have?

Can I use https? Do you have a shared anonymous service for this?

They are both true. As is indicated on the bottom of every page, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. This is a, for lack of a better phrase, special condition to the policy mentioned in the AUP/TOS. The setup fee only applies to Dedicated Server packages. If you'll notice on the package details for our standard, cpanel and reseller accounts, the setup fee is noted as "FREE", however, dedicated servers are noted as having a setup fee, so in your case there would be no setup fee to worry about, as you were inquiring about the Reseller 3 account and not a dedicated server account.

Can I pay for extra disk space? How much it will cost me?

We can set you up with customized plan if you'll be so kind as to provide us with what you're looking for in terms of bandwidth, disk space, etc. Also, if you're wanting to purchase more diskspace at a later date, we can accomodate you when that day comes.

If I understand what you're asking correctly, the sites you host will be under your /home/ directory and you will have the ability to view them via SSH.

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear in my response to your helpdesk ticket. Your account will limit the number of domains you can create by the amount of diskpace and bandwidth you are allocated. If you need more space, we can make arrangements to take care of it, but you'll need to upgrade your package to do it. IE, no, we don't allow overselling unless you purchase additional storage space which, as discussed above, we can work out with you when the time comes.

Barring unforseen circumstances, all accounts are created on the server within 24 hours of you signing up. It is then up to you, as I recall you'll be transferring a domain to us, to contact your domain registrar and change your DNS servers, though if you'll give us the appropriate information, we'll be happy to cover this step for you as well. Following that step, DNS propogation typically takes 24 hours, however, I've seen it take as long as a few days for propogation to occur globally.

I see no issues with you using it as a demo for accounts you would resell. Also, we are using Cpanel 4.9.0_60. I'm not sure why the page title is wrong, but it should display the correct information if you look under "server information".

https is available and we do have shared SSL certs available, however, if you choose to use a shared certificate, our name will show on the security prompt.

I am sorry for keeping asking these questions. I just want to be sure you are the best host for me. I suppose I don't ask the right questions.

How much will cost me (if I need) an additional 100Mb ?

Do I have write permission also? Will the users be able to read eachother files? (I wouldn't like that).

I read you support page but I couldn't find the AIM name and the ICQ number.

I suppose I will have a way to set the limits of disk and space each account will use. Some host are not allowing that the sum of all the limits to be greater than the amount of resources available for the reseller account. If the users from the above example will use only 300Mb will I have no problems with you? Can I set the limits to whatever value I want if the total amount of resources used (not alocated) will not go over 1000Mb/18Gb ?
