You will need to delete the database user or and readd the user with a different password. Then readd the user's permissions to use the database.

I am confused also. Databases don't have password. Users have password and the users are then given permissions to the databases.

just as he said before, u need to either delete the old user and add the new one with your desire password or just add a brand new user with new password :)
then u need to add this newly created user (with password of course) the the database too
