Upload first website on your server

I've search through the emails, gone to the cpanel, and other sites, and cannot figure out the ftp address for a domain that I've registered with you. How can I find it? I have the email with the confirmation of the domain registration, and I've changed the contact information. I'm about to give up.
Can you tell me how to upload a site?

The address you should ftp to is ftp.yourdomain.com

Replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name.
