HI,
I dont know if anyone can help me, I am trying to reset my password to my hotmail account, but when I enter my information I get the message ,the info I am entering does not match what they have..So I clicked on help and sent and email to the support site,I get an email back telling me I can reset the password myself by answering the secret question which of course I cant even get to the secret question page,as its telling me my information is wrong,so around and around I go...
Can anyone suggest anything before I pull my hair out..
