Hello

In order to give our customers better service, we would apreciate to be able to manage the bandwidth size differently.

Actualy if the defined Banwidth-size is reached the customer is blocked.

We want allow customer to continue against Paid ($1 / Mg for example).
Is something like this still available.

Provided that you are a reseller customer, you can request to have overselling enabled on your account. However, you should be aware that if you go over your bandwidth on your account with us, you will be charged $2/G overage. For example, lets say you have a reseller account with us that provides 10G of bandwidth. You can create your customer's account with a 5G limit. Your customer will be permitted to exceed the 5G without problem. However, if the total of all of your accounts exceeds 10G bandwidth, you will be charged additional fees.
