www.domain.com not found but domain.com found

I recently pointed/moved my "abc123.net" and redirected it to a newly created subdomain "abc123.AOHdomain.com" here. The domain move worked great with one exception. Visitors must choose http://abc123.net to see the sites new location but IF they choose http://www.abc123.net the page is not found. What am I doing wrong in CPanel?

I just check and if I am looking at the correct one, xxx.ca and www.xxx.ca both work properly for me.

I'm not sure what you did but it's working now. Believe it or not, the "www" prefix was reported to not work for that domain till now.
